Hi. 

I am Cindy and I am an Energy Healer and Reflexologist.  I am also an empath.  I have been doing healing work for a number of years and I love what I do.  I am trained as a Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Master, and also work with crystals.  My mission is to help spiritual seekers who are experiencing and kind of stress or suffering, and I help them find inner peace, well being, joy, and bliss.  The purpose of energy work is to balance and harmonize body, mind, spirit, and emotions.

 

As an empath, I am a highly sensitive and emotional person.  What this means is that I can connect to the deepest levels of spiritual awareness, compassion, intuition, and love.  I prefer working one on one with people in a caring, nurturing way.  My sensitivity connects me to all of life and to me everything is about love.  I enjoy helping others work through their emotions and have the strength and capacity to deal with emotional turmoil and great suffering.  My power lies in being centered in peace and love as well as being supportive and accepting.  My life’s purpose is to help others see the that we are all connected in a deep spiritual way and universal oneness is to feel that love.  That is what I am here to do.

 

I am also in introvert which people might not see at first.  What that means from an energetic point of view, I get my energy from being alone.  In solitude is where I recharge and rest to be my best self.  This could be a nap, a walk in nature, meditation, a spa, or a retreat.   

 

Also, I am a Sagittarius.  Sag’s are passionate, adventurous, optimistic, fun loving, and philosophical.  We want freedom, to be inspired, and to live life to the fullest.  We look for the ultimate experiences of life whether they be physical, emotional, or spiritual.
